Pay or Contest Perry County Tickets

Perry County Appearance-Required Charges
DUI, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, and similar charges require a court appearance under Perry County's published guidance. Fines are not assessed until the appearance. Important: A written continuance request does not erase the scheduled date unless the court actually grants the request.
